Its rural, elevated position offers uninterrupted sea views and a chance to reconnect with nature. Listen to the tropical sounds of the Caribbean from the sweeping verandah while watching pelicans dive for fish at Pelican Island. On a clear day neighbouring islands of volcanic Montserrat and uninhabited Redonda are visible.


The interior of the spacious accommodation is whitewashed with splashes of turquoise, reflecting the hues of the Caribbean Sea. The raised sleeping area comprises a four poster bed with ensuite wet room and separate dressing area. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation at home complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and dining table. Doors and windows have insect screens fitted allowing a natural breeze to flow throughout the property whilst keeping bugs out.


To further enhance your stay, the owners will meet you and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Gerard, the Manager, lives at the property with his parents in a separate area. Guests' privacy is of utmost importance to them so they never intrude on their space but are readily on hand for general queries, vehicle hire and additional laundry services (chargeable if required). The welcoming entrance is via a bougainvillea clad front garden. Steps between palm trees rise up to an expansive seating and casual dining area well positioned to benefit from the panoramic views over English Harbour. Three sets of double doors open into a more formal dining space and a comfortable lounge with 50 inch TV. The vaulted ceilings create an enhanced sense of space while the overhead fans and natural breeze keep the property blissfully cool.


The property consists of 4 spacious suites with stunning dockyard views equipped with King size beds and space for 2 extra single beds if required. Other accommodation includes 2 Mediterranean apartments, also with King size beds with space for 2 extra single beds. These can interconnect via an adjoining door if required. Within the tropical gardens are 4 Asian cottages with King size beds and outdoor day beds on private terraces. The accommodation booked in its entirety can sleep up to 32 people with 10 ensuite bedrooms that each have one King size bed as standard, 6 of which can each accommodate up to 2 additional single beds. This makes it a great choice for those hosting parties, events or celebrating birthdays and special occasions. Guests have exclusive use of the commercial kitchen, a sparkling infinity pool framed by comfortable loungers, a covered, decked area for catering, a bbq and kitchen area and a perfect spot for live musicians.

Villa Dockyard View (sleeps 8-16 persons).

The Balinese inspired villa has 4 King sized, air-conditioned suites with ceiling fans, TV and huge four poster beds. The spacious rooms can accommodate 2 additional single beds if required. The ensuite bathrooms are impressive with pebble stone flooring and a separate open roof rain shower. Guests have use of a fully equipped kitchen, bbq area, the infinity pool and the tropical gardens.

HIGH SEASON:

November 1st to May 14th:  US$1720.00 per night

LOW SEASON:

May 15th to October 31st: US$1267.00 per night

4 x Asian Cottages (sleeps 2 people)

The stylish suites are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and equipped with King size beds, a TV, ensuite bathrooms and outdoor open roof rain showers. Each has a private terrace furnished with a four poster day bed, kitchenette, bbq and seating area with views over the tropical gardens and use of the swimming pool.

LOW SEASON:

May 15th to October 31st  US$232.00 per night

2 x Mediterranean Apartments (sleeps 2-4 people)

The elegant cottages are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and comprise King size beds, a TV, ensuite bathrooms and refreshing open roof rain showers. Due to the size of these apartments, up to 2 extra single beds can be added if required. Each has a private terrace furnished with a  kitchenette, bbq, seating area with garden views and use of the swimming pool.


HIGH SEASON:

November 1st to May 14th:  US$407.00 - Nightly rate with 2 guests per apartment.  $125/guest/night for each guest beyond two

LOW SEASON:

May 15th to October 31st: US$304.00 - Nightly rate with 2 guests per apartment. $125/guest/night for each guest beyond two

Note:

Arrangements can be made for baby-sitters, grocery shopping, a chef, personal laundry, additional cleaning services, security guard Airport transfers if required.

Tours can be organised

Housekeeping every 3 days. This can be adjusted to daily as required for large groups staying between 1-3 weeks.  


CANCELLATION POLICY:  

100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.  50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.  Inside of 30 days we do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and we are able to fill your reservation with another booking.
